It didn't show its age though. Replaced the water pump, and had to do some rewiring. Buy now and replace that failed original part! I'm completely satisfied with this vehicle. Naturally, this old review has us excited for. For safer or pleasant drive, regular automobile check-up is recommended. Brakes replaced, but are noisy. An off road vehicle doesn't really have much if anything to do with fuel economy. They may seem to increase the performance of the engine because what was being used on them is now available for the drive train. Build Quality- Always something wrong with it. Shocks are bad; have to be replaced.
Yes Review Date: 26th January, 2005 Faults: Replaced exhaust manifold old ones cracked. No complaints on the service and durability of the vehicle. It does not use a drop of oil. Reduce the weight of the vehicle: If you don't really need to carry a bunch of stuff in the back, take it out. On the highway let your cruise control do the work, it is less spastic than a human driver who accelerates and decelerates all the time.
Anything that you leave in there for weeks on end without moving except to push it out of the way. Apperance- Brown on inside and out. The throttle cable needed graphite lubricant and a cleaning, and a cruise control module was inexpensive and easy to obtain at my local salvage yard. Modifying it one way or the other has a direct effect on it's marginal gas mileage. If it had been more reliable I would have kept it to the grave.
