I started watching bit by bit, then got engrossed to the point where I was binge watching until I got to Episode 41. I just wish it was in English, although in fact it may lose something. It seems a little far fetched that he could do so for so long. Magnificent Century is fantastic, edge of your seat drama, and sumptuous costumes and settings.
I am plodding my way through the rest of the show but am a little disappointed. There is another Turkish movie on Netflix starring him. I searched in vain for Season 2 with English subtitles, but it was not to be found. After watching it I saw what a wonderful actor he really is! I thought it was predictable at times, and a little contrived, especially the romance. Liked by Netflix, well done, like other viewers I fell in love with the story, the characters and the acting was superb. I was glued to this series and loved the story! I sure did not like Pedro. I love that it is a true story and have been reading all I can about this Dynasty.
Have you seen Kurt Seyit and Sura? The Cast and especially the seyit and sura will be immortal for this role. But oh the history they shared. I am sad that Kurt Seyit and Sura did not end up together, but it also made sense. I was able to ring Season 2 from episode 1-8 listed but unable to open them for more information. Found it more interesting knowing it revolved around true events.
